TERMS
The Treasury (“The Treasury”, “we”, “Tahzir” , "The Treasury By Tahzir" , "The Treasury Online" or “us”) operates, hosts, and/or manages the Instagram page @TheTeasuryOnline and Facebook page "TheTreasury" (the “Page”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”), along with our various policies, apply to the page, the services or any other property that links to these Terms in conjunction with the Page (the “Service”). Users of the Service must follow and adhere to all Instagram and Facebook guidelines and policies.
2. PRICES
The price of a product is the price in effect at the time we receive your order. We may change prices from time to time without notice. Default prices are in South African Rands. Prices listed on the Page do not include shipping charges whereas prices listen on the website do require a shipping option to be chosen and is included in the final quotation.
3. WARRANTY OF AUTHENTICITY
The Treasury is a resale business and operates as such. All goods are in accordance with the relevant quality control standards and measures set by the respective brand names. Users of the service acknowledge this and is regarded as accepted upon purchase
4. PAYMENT METHODS
Payment may be made via secure Paygate "YOCO" upon checkout hence all their security measures and policy's apply and are accepted upon checkout. Accepted payment methods via YOCO include Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, Instant EFT, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
5. APPLICABLE POLICIES
This Agreement, the Site and all transactions between us and you, are subject to our various policies which shall apply at the time of any transaction being concluded. All of our policies may be updated and amended at any time and we reserve the right to do so without notice you. You agree to keep yourself updated with our policies by reading same prior to any purchase on our page.
6. LIABILITY
The Treasury shall accept liability for all aspects relating to customer service and support, dispute resolution of any products sold and the preservation of product condition whilst in our care.
