Refund policy
Due to the nature of our business and the provision of goods, Returns, Refunds or Exchanges will only be considered under the following conditions of unworn/unused items:
1. The size of the product is not as communicated and agreed upon (incurs no restocking fee)
2. The incorrect product is shipped (incurs no restocking fee)
3. The size ordered by the customer does not fit and is intended on being exchanged for the same item in an alternative size subject to stock availability.
Action (3) carries a 15% restocking fee with free recollection and re-delivery
Return/Refund process
If dissatisfaction is expressed within the 3 stipulated conditions above, the following process could be followed to log a return within the specific timeframe (48 hours)
- Submit a Return/Exchange request via our portal using your order number and Email address/Phone number or Contact us with your order number and reason for dissatisfaction via any of our contact methods found on our "Contact Us" page.
- The enquiry will be evaluated within 24 hours with either approval or denial with reasoning communicated via email.
- Upon approval, your order will be collected within 24 hours once the return fee is processed (if applicable).
- The order will be evaluated upon arrival to us assessing its condition, if satisfactory (unworn/unused) , it will be exchanged and redelivered within 48 hours of retrieval or the refund will be processed and sent to the original payment method used when the purchase was made or added to customer store credit (if applicable, depending on chosen refund method).
Return process full timeframe: 4 Business days
After a period of 48 hours(2 days) from receiving your shipment, the sale is regarded as final and no exchanges, returns or refunds shall be considered under any circumstances.
Once the product has been worn/used, no exchanges, returns or refunds shall be considered under any circumstances.
The onus lays upon the customer to express dissatisfaction with the product or service within that period to receive assistance within policy.
