We are partnered with 3 of the most well known and renowned courier services operating in the boarders of South Africa (Postnet, Uber Connect or The Courier Guy service) in order to get your order to you as efficiently and effectively as possible.
While item/s fall under our care (Step 1-3), we retain full responsibility of the items and their condition. Before item/s leave our care we thoroughly document their condition and state for record keeping purposes and assurity
While item/s fall under the possession of one of our trusted courier company partners (Step 4), they accept the full responsibility to deliver it in the condition it was collected in.

4 Step Shipping Process
We've partnered with the most efficient companies to ensure delivery of your order is as seamless as possible. Please also review our Returns Policy for good measure and note that our shipping process is as follows using Johannesburg (GMT+2) South African Standard Time.
- Item/s purchased through secure YOCO checkout
- Order confirmation received on both ends (customer and web-store)
- Order dispatched from warehouse for final quality control inspection (same day dispatch for purchases confirmed before 2pm, next day for purchases after 2pm) (1-2 Business Days)
- Order sent via one of our 3 Courier partners post quality inspection, with an estimated arrival time of 1-3 Business days depending on the region of delivery with tracking details provided via SMS or Email from the responsible courier partner

Local Shipping
Shipments are managed by a combination of our 3 trusted courier partners (Postnet, Uber Connect or The Courier Guy service) based on your region to provide the most efficient and effective courier method to handle and process your package.
Shipping Charges
- Standard rate: R150 nation wide for regions in and out of our local service radius
- Local rate: R100 for all local deliveries within our local service region
